With over 20 years’ experience working with families and children, I’ve built my career around creating safe, memorable, and inclusive experiences. A qualified Manager and trainer, with 125 staff under my leadership at the height of being an employer. Along the way I spent 8 years in the franchise industry, where I continued to develop strong skills in leadership, partnership, operations, and scaling services — and know the importance of building and nurturing a brilliant support team. I’m passionate about mentoring people to grow in confidence and skills; because when people feel valued and motivated, businesses thrive. I have experience as a multi brand, multi territory and multi unit franchisee.
I want to continue to be a natural accountability buddy, a one stop services shop for event managers, brainstorming mind for original marketing perks, an organiser of chaotic creative ideas and a reliable contact for ‘Do you know someone that can help me with…?’ - and this is why Helen’s Hub continues to grow into something wonderful.
Having experienced my fair share of unreliable business suppliers and connections, I want to use my platform to celebrate the true heroes that really DO exist in our local communities. All partners and squad members have been personally invited only by me. Organic relationships build some of the best business partnerships and it’s important to work hard to maintain them - the power of collaboration is indisputable.
